There's not an e-mail address in 'Railways Restored 2010' either, only the web-site. I assume they can't spare anyone to keep answering e-mails, perhaps?

As far as I am aware, they don't have an email. The website and e-newsletter services are provided by an outside company. They only have telephone (or snail mail) contact facilities. The telephone number is 0161 764 7790 - I put this here because I have seen it incorrectly listed as 7990 on some websites.

You say all the info needed is on the website, not knowing what info the person wants! Can you be sure what they want to know is on there? :?

There are plenty of reasons people might want to email
But as was ascertained... 5 months ago, there isn't a general enquiries address, AFAIK this is still the case unfortunately. To clarify what ELR-Guard probably means is that most email addresses in use at the mo are personal ones for management for departmental and inter-departmental communication thus would not be appropriate to disclose for general enquiries. Not all email addresses though are primarily for staff use - there's as said above the shop email which is advertised on the website, obviously of little use though for more general enquiries.

There is of course still the main telephone number, 0161 764 7790, who should be able to sort out any queries.

Lol true I'm sure all info may not be listed on the website therefore the phone number is listed.
