East Croydon to Brighton

I will be travelling from East Croydon to Brighton on Monday morning. The only fast train I can find that arrives before 1030 and to give be sufficient time to walk to my location is the 0922 arriving at 0958. Will that be busy?

Nowhere near as busy as trains going toward London at that time I'd have thought!!
