East Croydon Question

Hello

I have a travel card from Brighton to London. Can I use it to get off at East Croydon - i have to go there on business.


Or do I have to get a seperate ticket. The train i get stops at east croydon on way to London

Yes- if its a season ticket you can break your journey as many times as you like at any station from Brighton to London terminals. So yes, you can exit the station at East Croydon and dont have to buy a new ticket.

If its just a day ticket then you can still leave the station on that ticket as East Croydon is in zone 5, part of the travelcard.

Yes you can - Your ticket will allow unlimited travel in Zones 1-6 as well as making any journey you like along the line of route between Brighton and London. (e.g. you could just do Three Bridges to East Croydon, if it took your fancy!)
