east coast ticket machines?

anyone else having an issue where the machines offer a fare and then won't sell it? twice in two days I have had this issue then had to buy from the ticket desk at which point I am politely informed I could have bought at the machine to reduce queues, errmmmmm?

web support - station staff etc will not listen and keep directing me to customer relations which Imo is completely useless for an issue of this nature

If we're lucky @Wallsendmag may see this thread. They should be able to help or at least know where to pass the bug report to.

Can you mention the specific tickets?
