East Coast still offering Weekend first?

Are East Coast still offering weekend first? I couldn't find anything on the website, and its a while since I've travelled on the ECML. I intend to travel on the 0755 INV - KGX.

Service is very good as well, had some cheap advance tickets yesterday to Glasgow and was well looked after. But you sure can tell that a lot of people have downgraded due to the recession - about 5 other people in my carriage and standard was full.

Is WEEKEND FIRST service good though? I've done it a few times on GNER and it was excellent, at seat service, free tea and coffee in proper cups, free biscuits. Far better than some other TOCs. Is it still like that, or is it just a basic pay a few pounds more and travel in a 1st class coach?
