Just a quick question,
in the age of digital media and smart phones, why does east coast insist on paper print outs of the tickets.
I tried to see if the gates would open by scanning my QR code from my Samsung Galaxy and it worked.
Yes smartphones can die but paper tickets can be lost as well.
We travelled from Grantham to London in a group of 5, that was 10 pieces of paper.
Not very environmentally friendly.
Any plans for east coast to change this?
