The only situations where one website might be cheaper than another is either:
when a TOC-branded website offers special discounts for certain tickets priced by themselves, eg. East Coast website on some East Coast-priced Advance fares, or
when you put the last few tickets of a specific Advance fare price tier in the basket and then look at another website which will then offer you the next highest price tier. Once the original selection timed out or when you removed it from the basket, the lower price will show up on the second website.
In this case East Coast offer 11% off of their Advance Purchase ticket, hence the change in prices, in normal circumstances I would advise to use a non postage charging site
