Apparently Leeds station staff have been advising passengers to travel tomorrow instead, if at all possible, due to severe delays on the East Coast route.

However passengers have now been told that information was "incorrect" and they will now be charged if they travel tomorrow (on tickets dated today).

Passengers have also been told that to qualify for Delay Repay they have to get their tickets "validated" by the Guard, and if the Guard didn't get round (quite likely, given the conditions) they have to "call customer services"

Is anyone affected by this, and did anyone witness the advice being given out at Leeds?
