Don't forget about the stone he had in his shoe! I wonder if it's still in there? We could track him down, get the stone out and sell it on eBay for lots of moneyWas also a little dissapointed that we didn't get an update on Liam's training this week.![]()
Isn't the sign still up saying platform 0 is for electrics only, despite the fact that HSTs (and 180s?) can and do now use it from time to time?
The driver really did make a big deal of having to stop in the exact position for allowing the refilling of the water tanks, but is that really such a problem for a driver? Probably not, although I guess being monitored could make anyone nervous.
The bigger problem is that the hoses are hooked up and then left for ages, meaning God knows how much water ends up overflowing end ending up all the track. Sometimes I wonder why King's Cross (or indeed the whole of London) isn't flooded.
(I do hope I haven't ruined a future episode, where we spend 40 minutes following the men and women that refill the tanks).

Eps 2 & 3 were available on Sky on demand last night (certainly for Virgin customers.) The Mem and I sat watching eps 6 & 7 last night (though the EPG incorrectly had them listed as 7 & 9.)Since Christmas has passed I have a bit of time to catch up on this documentary. Does anyone know if episodes 2 and 3 are available online somewhere? They're no longer available on the Sky website? Does anyone have any torrent or streaming links?

If they tried to palm bacon like that off on me they'd soon be told!Do you think all that burnt bacon went into BLT sandwiches, if they still sell them?![]()
Any updates about the passenger who claimed that the machine had 'swallowed' his money?
Maybe 'he was' an actor brought in to show that you cannot get away with this type of claim, after all he was quite noticable if he made regular journeys from the Cross.
Nobody makes fly on the wall like the Beeb.
Of course many BBC programmes are made by independent production companies these days rather than in house.

Also, aren't MK4s only capable of doing 125 now as during the refurbishment I believe they were altered?
This is very true and it needs a lot of physical effort.
