Dose anyone have a E mail Address for the MD Vernon Barker at First Transpennine please as need to e mail him with ref to a Refund problem i having with them.

Yes been on the Phone to CR and still saying they have not got my Claim but i sent it on Dec 28th so they must have got it by now.

What are my Chances that it can be sorted out if they have lost it? I so have Prove that i booked it on the First Great western website as i booked it on there and its in My account on there.

If you have proof of purchase then that should be sent to PF. Print out the relevant pages and attach it to your letter. I don't know what your chances are, but having proof of purchase enhances your case.

Passenger Focus will only refer the complaint back to TPE - they cannot comment on the complaint if they haven't seen a TOC's response.

If you have a copy of your original complaint, you could resubmit it. Might also be worth giving them another call - sometimes the first person you speak to is unable/incapable to track down the letter.
