Duty cards and running boards are internal, and typically considered to be commercially sensitive documents. Any employee who dishes these out is potentially at risk of losing their job, so I wouldn't get your hopes up of getting any.

Duty Cards
Does anyone here have an example of a duty card/running board? I have seen that there are some variations between different operators cards e.g Arriva cards stay on the bus whilst Stagecoach cards stay with the driver.

What would you want to know from one? If it's how Lothain manages a driver's day (hours etc) then somebody may be able to pass on general details, if it's actually how they manage vehicle runs then the majority of information can be obtained from the bustimes website in various ways.
If you actually want to see a duty card, as ross4122 says, it's unlikely that somebody would post one on here other than an historic one they may have. If you're local you may have better luck asking a friendly driver however they might worry about the CCTV!
