Dutch rail mileages

Hi everyone. Does anyone know of a resource for rail mileages in The Netherlands. Also the Metro / Tram network in Amsterdam.

Dutch Wikipedia has distances for most lines, for example:

http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spoorlijn_Amsterdam_-_Elten

For any metro/tram/bus journey in the Amsterdam, the fare is calculated by the formula

0.88 + 0.151 x distance in km

so just look up the fare in 9292.nl, subtract 0.88 and divide by 0.151.

You can also try http://www.vevu.org/evs/BahnTools2015.zip but this only gives you the fare kilometres, not the true mileage.
