Would be quite easy to do, a flick of a Tipp-ex brish would do it!
Seen the dead pigeons as well, must be either a borken window or a hole in the netting. Not nice to see one above you obviously dead, probably with a few hundred maggots or whatever it in.
As for rubbish, surely it is better to have a few of the clear platstic bag bins instead of nothing? Thinking about underground stations (but would apply to other stations as well), a lot of the time the rubbish is blown onto the tracks, meaning someone with appropriate track safety etc has to remove it (a person I guess gets paid more than a normal cleaner). Also I've heard this rubbish can cause a fire risk, especially on 3rd rail/electrified lines such as the Underground, Merseyrail etc.
