Dundee to Aberdeen line improvements?

Are there going to be any changes between aberdeen and Dundee in the next few months/years?

The single line at Montrose was looked at, but the cost of rerouteing the railway via a more inland double track route was absolutely unbelievable, so the idea was dropped. I don't think there's much else planned TBH, OHLE in the future maybe, but not much more.
