You'd be lucky to find a powered HST in First Great Western "Fag Packet" livery, let alone a two dummy ones!

Except a couple! Mainly Multiple units actually.
But as for the original post, I asked them today in Modelzone. I was told you could only purchase HST dummys with packs with a powered HST into or you could try on the official Hornby Site and ask to order a dummy HST separate, although I don't think you will be able to get Dummy HST with "Fag Packet" livery from Hornby.
