Brighton with the The Captain himself aboard!

Excuse my ignorance but who is Captain Sensible?

He played guitar and occasionally keyboards in The Damned - late 70's punk group who split in the early eighties to reform without The Captain; biggest hit was probably Eloise in the mid eighties.
