Browsing through one of the mags in my local smiffs and there's an interesting interview, giving details from the horse's mouth of forthcoming DRS loco hauleds.
Anglia turn to be top and tail 37/4 with through wired coaches, so technically in multiple. This means that the use of a 37/4 is only actually required on one end (so we could see 37/6 or even 37/0) and acceleration should be rather good.
Cumbrian turns, both 37/4, 3 TSOs and a DBSO. He reckons the second DBSO should be ready in time.
Fife circle, 68 on its own on one turn, 2x68 top n tail on the other. Top n tail use only needed because platforming restrictions at Waverley mean it will have to use a bay rather than a through road.

Given the source, this is pretty certain to be what is going to happen, unforseen circumstances excepted.
