In this mornings Sunday Express it says that the new contract for the
MOD work which will be for 4 year is expected next month

The winner won't be announced until September. DRS have supposedly got it, but I don't think anything has been confirmed.

Maybe so, but somebody else posted on here that Arriva had won the XC franchise a similar amount of time before it was officially announced and I didn't see you whining then, so why now? Oh I forgot, that's all you do...

I dunno, I thought all that was in the Sunday Express was the fact the contract existed and who was bidding etc.
