DRS have issued a Prior Information Notice for removal and re-livery rewrap of its class 68 and 88 (don't know if it also includes the 68s currently with Chiltern working with mk3s), or just part of a fleet.

Could this be to get re-livery the rest of the fleet into the colours that 68006 & 007 are currently wearing?

The five currently in Chiltern livery are painted, not vinylled (68014 has vinyl over the top of Chiltern livery). Probably all of these will get vinylled as they are returning to DRS use.
