Drones

Anyone into them?
I got a few pennies for Christmas, and now I live near some decent open space I thought a drone might be quite fun.
I don't want to spend too much (no more than £50), it needs to be fairly simple to operate and I want one with a camera that can record footage.
I like the look of this one - https://www.menkind.co.uk/fx-15-quadcopter-black but have no idea if it's actually any good, and it looks like it doesn't record, only stream.

I'm no expert but you are pretty much going to get what you're given for £50 (basically a toy), £500+ is more the cost of a good one.

There's no way I'm paying anything like that until I know it's something that I'm actually going to get enjoyment out of.

Cheapest one that I find absolutely great is the DJI Spark.

Ha! Really tickled me that this is marketed as a "racing" drone.

Maverick pro DJ or something, is a good one I hear. Costs around £700 but anything cheap will be poor quality or get taken by the wind, and you don't want to risk it going into restricted airspace. Expensive hobby I'm afraid

If you think it's too expensive you could always spend the £700 on 4 flying lessons instead! It'll get you well on your way to the 60 you need to pass a license.

Hearing problems unfortunately so can't use the hearing muffs, unless it's fitted with a t loop system of course
