Do you work for the railway? Because this is what happens in the railway environment - it does not take long for someone to get a reputation be it passing a picket line, not helping out, late on duty many times when shunts need to be done, not putting booked trains away when they are diagrammed to do it, not doing a scoop when they could easily manage it, stitching someone up with a late annual leave application on a long turn - there are others and all these will ensure that said drivers do not get scoops or help - it's not bullying at all or coercion it's called working woith others and working as a team, if an individual want to not comply then unfortunatley they won't get any scoops!

Steady on fella, I just can't wait to get home after a shift and the shorter the shift the better for me. Are you a new driver Tocdriver? When I was new I used to look forward to going to work and loved it if I had a long shift however now after 14 years of it I look forward to my days off

100% agree (except the part about enjoying the long shift
)If 14 years has you a little jaded just wait until you have double that!

Agreed. I'm happy to help out but a true 4 day week with long weekends every month or so is what I really love about the job.
If I was your driver manager (or whatever they're called this week at your TOC), I'd be taking your keys off you, arranging a psychiatric assessment and making you lie down in a darkened room.
