If it was me I would stop, use the lav, o and I would contact the signaller to let then know.

I believe some of the Euston to Glasgow services go non-stop from Euston to Preston. Am I right in thinking there is only one driver? In which case, what happens when, just after leaving Euston, the driver feels that urge to shake his snake?

I think it would be standard procedure to go before you leave.![]()
I just wondered whether like me you wanted to join the railway.
Even if you go before you leave, it's not beyond the realms of possibility you'd need to go 45 mins to an hour later.
Driving a train would be a fun thing to do but I'm an air traffic controller now, and happy.
