Drivers salary for LM

Anyone know what the starting trainee drivers salary is and the salary when fully qualified and how long this takes?

As a rule of thumb, trainee wages are half the qualified salary so circa £23,750

Qualification can take anything from 9 months to 18 months. The salary goes up in increments year on year, but as of April 2016, it touches about 50k.
