This about bringing you eye prescription along, wow, I know colleagues who haven't been to the opticions in over a decade, their argument is they have an eye test at the railway medical
Still bitter after all these years I see, you do need to get over it.
What's wrong with it is nothing to do with how it looks and all to do with still living with EU regulations. A medical every 3 years is EU legislation, before that it was 5 yearly.
ASLEF have said that they want to stay with the EU standard as to medical frequency. They state that an improved frequency over the previous scheme has the potential to pick up life altering conditions such as diabetes much sooner so is better for all.
