I assume you’re talking about the 387s which are now being stabled at Cocklebury Sidings, just outside of Swindon.
Yes, they are crewed from a new(ish) crew base at Swindon, with 14 drivers there iirc? @JN114

Can’t recall the number of Swindon drivers on the books off hand; but yes Dren is Correct; the 387s at cocklebury are crewed by Swindon drivers. I believe there’s now West DMUs in/out of there at various points in the day. I don’t know what their crewing arrangements are
