Passed all driver psychometrics this week :D:D. The next and final stage is now the medical. Just curious, is this usually done fairly soon after passing the tests or do they wait until they are able to formally offer you a position? I am currently a Guard and if memory serves the medical wasn’t done until I received a formal job offer which was a couple of months after passing the assessment.

Depends on the company and how urgently they need staff. Congrats on passing the tests. At this point you’d usually be offered a conditional offer providing that you pass the medical- a start date is usually given at this point as well. I’d recommend waiting around a week or two for further instructions. If you hear nothing then maybe drop an email to whoever is in charge of the recruitment process. They can update you
