is now a position for a trainee driver (same toc)...my questions is can i apply

Usually just the assessments and mmi that you have to wait 6 months for but depends on the TOC

I know you have just come to ask etc for a opinion.. but if you work for the toc, surely your best answer would be from them? Tocs worked differently so I'd ask them.e personally I'd just apply. Worst they can do is knock you back.

You need some feedback from your manager as to why you failed the first interview. I am sure that if you ask they will be more than happy to explain where you went wrong or what their concerns were.

You're in a unique position in that they employ you already, just talk them.
