Have one this week with FCC, any advice would be greatly appreciated, after a long period of assesments this seems is the final hurdle...... absolutly rattled right now so any advice would help
Hi newbie. As suggested there are loads and loads of posts on here. A search will provide some useful answers.
But to get you started, when I had my FCC manager's interview in March it was pretty much in the form of a regular job interview. It was much, much, more relaxed than the assessments and was along the lines of why do you want the job etc, what do you know about the company etc. Don't let your guard down so as to come across as not bothered, but do try to be a bit more relaxed (if that makes any sort of sense!) The two interviewers I had were really friendly and had worked on the railways for years. It felt like more of a "get to know you" scenario with "are you suitable for the job" bit all rolled into one. Obviously knowing a little about the company/franchise is important too!
Hope that helps - i'm sure you'll be fine. Good luck!
