Driver Manager Interview - last minute tips?

I have a DMI later this week and I'm now getting super nervous! I've done my research on the company and practiced talking about myself and my career infront of a mirror and my wife. Just wondered if anybody has any final essential do's and dont's that may help to remember?

Have you prepared for competency based questions? They will definitely be asked. Just be yourself and be honest, keep eye contact at all times and if you're not sure what is being asked then double check with them.

I wouldn't worry too much about it, they are design to see if you are first safety conscious then honest, confident and calm under pressure.

The good thing about most TOC is they can tell straight away if you are worrying or nervous and they'll try to put you at ease. A good prep combine with good a sleep and breakfast is all you need. All the best.

The DMI is quite relaxed. Just be prepared and confident with your answers and you'll be fine.

Hi very new to this.

How did you get on with drivers manager interview? I have got one in a few weeks. I passed the stage 1 and 2 assessments plus multi module interview. Last one to go now and any help would be great.
