Anyone know what work is going on at Drayton Park's old disused sidings, I see scaffolding has been put up.

I am led to believe there is some demolition work going on at Queensland Road. I am also led to believe that some remedial work is being done to the roof of the DC traction supply building.

Those sidings used to be a depot when the branch was run by tube stock didn't they?
They did, yes - a very basic one though, as major work required the stock to be moved to one of the main depots on the LU network. Until 1970 this was via the uncompleted extension from Finsbury Park to Highgate, and after that (when the line to Highgate closed) it was via Finsbury Park, Kings Cross (York Road/suburban) and Farringon.

Demolition work? Come on, they've only just built the Emirates stadium... ;)
