Butts, further to my daughter's statement regarding Davros appearing to wear a kilt, I've since discovered that Michael Wisher, the first Davros, actually did wear a kilt when wedged onto his pepper pot! Apparently it was the only way he could get about with suitable ventilation to his exterminator......
