Dr Alex Moulton RIP 1920-2012

I'm very sad to report the passing of the Good Doctor.

A man who dedicated his entire life to making better bicycles and better cars (when they worked properly) I myself owned 4 Rover Metros fitted with his Hydragas suspension and found it to be one of the most comfortable small cars around.

RIP to a good man.

Sorry to hear that - I've ridden on a few of his bikes over the years - sounds like the kind of interesting innovator that the country should be producing more of

I actually got to meet the man in March 2010 with other members of a car club, even at 89 he was sprightly and witty, meeting us on one of his bicycles and giving us a walked tour of his estate followed by Earl Grey tea and cake!
