Download Issues on Trainz

Heya!

So my friend recently bought me TRS 2004, 2006, Expansion packs 1 - 4 and Ultimate Trainz Collection (he truely is an amazing friend).

And I downloaded some Class 66's for TRS 2004 BUT! I can't find them on the game, where do they go and how do I get them working??

I'd guess that you don't have all the dependancies for it, unfortunately, I've only had ones since 04, which have had CMP/CM2, so I can't help you any more than that, but there are TRS04 users on here who should be able to help more.

The Auran download helper should have downloaded automatically but TBH the whole download server has gone tits up over the last few weeks so don't rely on that.

It should just appear as Class 66 or something in the train list.

Download helper requires CMP or CM2, which TRS04 doesn't have.

Yes, you can download any content for any version of Trainz that predecesses the one you have. But you cannot download content for more recent versions without having a serial number for that one registered to your username (TC3 is the exception to this rule, as it contains different built-in assets and dependancies to other versions).
