We the undersigned object to the following development within the Douglas Promenade Conservation Area affecting the Douglas Bay Horse Tramway:

1. The latest (DECEMBER 16) proposals to truncate the Douglas Bay Horse Tramway ripping up the tracks from the Sea Terminal to a position just South of the Broadway.

2. The proposal change use of the stables sell them off.

3. The proposal to carry out works at the Strathallan Car shed to install new stables.

The petitioners should really have read what they were proposing/opposing. Item 2 only makes sense if you add a 'to' in one place and an 'and' in another. Or are they demanding a sell-off! Poor show.
