Dots test question i cant find the answer to!

Sorry but ive looked high and low for the answer to these;
when completing the test and your 2 minutes are up on each sheet- if you have only got half way across on your last line, and therefore you are yet to find for example a remaining 2 groups of 4, would you be penalised for missing 2? or is the last cross on the sheet deemed as your finish point and you are not penalised?
secondly- do you have to go left to right on each line, or can you go left to right followed by right to left etc?

Instructions on the test state you MUST go left to right only , you will fail if you don't
Not sure about missing some half way through a line , I presume your finish point is where the last strike is ,
You are told "change"
very quickly & promptly & you just need to get cracking on the next page as quick as you can

You don't get penalised for not completing the last line. You're only mark down for 1. Accuracy: Omitting/missing dots and wrong dots marked and 2. Speed: The amount of corrects dots marked.

This is made clear by the invigilator.
