Dorking signalling issues - lines blocked (14/15 March)

Severe signalling issues it looks like from late Saturday morning expected to extend until end of Sunday meaning no trains between Leatherhead and Dorking.

Doesn’t look to be a quick fix as replacement buses laid on; does anyone know what’s the underlying issue making this more severe than a common or garden signalling failure?
