If only Canada hadn't outlawed the death penalty...I live hundreds (or even thousands) of miles from the crime scene, so I haven't been very much affected by this. It's quite sad -- especially seeing as it was a fully random incident, with no provocation on the part of the victim. It truly is sickening -- where do these people get off?!

That's Horrible, I feel sorry for the Driver and Passenger, and the Family of the Victim. It said in the Sun he was asleep when he killed him.
Here's some more news, the Victim was known as Tim McLean, and was only 22 Years Old.
