Dolphin Junction - points failure?

Friday i noted a number of down GWR services being diverted to the relief lines through Slough and back off the relief lines onto the main further down the line. I also noted Paddington to Didcot services being routed on to the relief lines at Airport jn as opposed to Dolphin Jn. Is there an issue / points failure somewhere causing this?

On Friday or now? There's an overhanging tree at the moment on the Main Line.

On Friday yes there was a points failure.
