Oyster for Paddington-West Drayton
Ticket with JCP Discount Card for West Drayton-Windsor
Travelling off peak in both directions.

When travelling on PAYG: Yes and you need to touch out.
When not travelling on PAYG (i.e. Z1-6 Travelcard season on Oyster): No.

If using Oyster PAYG you need to tap in and out at West Drayton so in effect you will need to step back a train.
