Does anybody know if Yeovil Pen Mill station will be staffed tomorrow?
I’ve been trying to book assistance for a journey and to help navigate the station (due to being severely visually impaired) and due to recent short staffing at the station GWR Passenger Assist have tried to call them to find out if they will be staffed but they haven’t been able to get through to them today so nobody knows……
Hoping someone here might have inside knowledge.
