Does anyone have an insight into Network Rail HR?

Hi all,

I have recently had an interview for grade 6 position at West Midlands Signalling Centre where there are 10 roles, currently waiting on the result (Fingers crossed)

I have applied for a number of posts around the country, ranging from crossing keepers (Grade 1) right through to grade 9 positions. How does the current structor work with HR?

I can't seem to get a look in for a lower grade job but for the higher grades 4+ I am having more joy... surly this cant be right?

Depending on where you get with each application depends who is seeing it at each stage. This also will vary with the region in which you're applying. The other variable is that different people will be applying for different jobs, so you dont know who your competition is.

Thank you for your reply, I'll just keep throwing in the applications and hoping for the best.

Should be hearing form the West Midlands any day now.... 35 people being interviewed for 10 jobs so who knows
