Doc Martin filming Charter

Just seen an episode of Doc Martin in which the Doc is travelling on a 1st Class Cargo-D coach, presumably through Cornwall, albeit not very fast. I'm assuming this was a charter on the Bodmin & Wenford or something similar.

Does anyone have any info about it at all?

I remeber that Episode as he also Traveled on a Gatwick Express Set though thios may have been all filmed on the EVR somwher and a Cargo D coach set hired in.

If it's the episode I'm thinking about, there's a slight continuity error as it shows a run-by of a FGW liveried HST, but on the station platform he leaves a train clearly presented in InterCity blue livery.

Yes, I own them on DVD, and have watched them too much...
