Do RealTimeTrains check their email? (API Key)

Hi guys

Wasn't sure if this was the right place for this, but couldn't see it fitting anywhere else.

I've been emailing RTT about getting hold of a "pull" API key for a few months, and had no response... Does anyone know if they actively check their email, or does anyone have an API key they don't need?
