Do Not Travel on Gatex, Thameslink, EMR etc 11/4

I saw that there was a do travel advice in force for Gatex, Thameslink, EMR and a number of other companies yesterday, due to "multiple incidents". Anyone know what happened?

Trespasser at London Bridge, signalling failure at Harpenden, some other issue at Finsbury Park.
