Do all UK trains with toilets now have CET tanks?

A fairly simple question, but quite hard to find a definite answer on Google.

If there are still non-CET trains out there, someone will eventually have the dubious honour of being the last person to have their waste dumped into the ballast. I feel like they should get a little trophy or something. Maybe a Geoff Marshall video.

Yep, all train toilets are CET now.
There are some exceptions, for example TFW have some 153’s which are not CET or PRM so they must always be coupled up to a regular 153 which does have a toilet that is CET and PRM.
The non CET toilet is locked and not available for passenger use.

I don’t believe all charter rakes have been fitted yet.
