Do all TVMs issue traditional card tickets?

Currently, I have no way of buying a ticket for many of the journeys that I make, other than at destination or at a station where I changing trains. My Cambrian Coast station has neither a booking office nor TVM to either buy or collect a ticket, e and m tickets are not valid for cross-London journeys, and TfW guards can now only issue bog-roll tickets, so can't sell any tickets for destinations that require the traditional credit-card-sized tickets needed to operate TfL barriers.

TfW have said that they will be installing TVMs at Cambrian Coast stations, which would appear to solve the problem. I should then be able to buy online, for collection at the station. Or will I? Do all TVMs issue the traditional credit-card-sized, card tickets? Or could they install a TVM that issues bog-roll tickets, that won't solve the problem at all?

All TVMs that I've ever used have issued Credit Card Sized Tickets (CCST).

It will be an issue if a mixture of CCST and paper till roll tickets are issued at TVMs.

At the moment any TOD ticket can be collected from any TOD enabled TVM. Journeys crossing London wouldn’t be able to be collected from TVMs issuing tickets on paper till roll. This could become extremely confusing.
