hi I was just wandering if you did your driver training in a DMU on a heritage railway would you be qualified to drive on the mainline thanks
Not sure exactly but they told me there is a lot to learn and there are a few different levels. I have go to do a minimum of 12 months voluntary work before I get in the seat

Aside from those mentioned above... for mainland routes and conventional stock, Caterham (Southern) and perhaps one of the London Overground depots must be contenders. Heathrow Express can’t have that high a mileage tally, either.
