Hi everyone hope all is well. I have a DMI interview coming up very soon with Southern and would like some advice on what to expect and what I should brush up on please? Any help will be appreciated
I think if the DMI is "failed" it's just because they don't think you are the right sort of person to be a driver. The same as some people may not even get into the application process they look at the CV and think you are not right. It’s just I saw a lot of people saying the have not passed the DMI so was wondering what they score you on. I mean I’m sure they will ask competency based questions and also questions about the company but what else?
No worries feel free to messege me if you have any more questions. And good luckThank you so much for the information, mostly appreciated
Thank you, you have put me to ease. I have read a lot on here stating to brush up on traction, routes, types of train and all that
