Didn't think I would be feeling as nervous as I am but now the day has arrived nerves are setting in!! Have a few hours before heading up to the big smoke so making use of the time by squeezing in some last minute preparation......wish me luck guy's, update to follow this evening.

Very difficult to tell, was very competency based though and not leaning towards "why do you want to be a driver" or "what do you know about the role" which is what I was expecting more of!!

Time will tell I guess, remaining optimistic!!

Probably answered thousands of times if you bother looking through the posts. Basically they want to know about stressful situations you have handled in the past and how you have dealt with them. Also situations where you have had to follow rules and procedures. When I had my interview (3 person panel) one of them was quite agressive and forceful and trying to test my patience. Probably wanted to see how I reacted when under a bit of pressure.

And when being interviewed you are under pressure and this is a part of the interview! You will find that candidates who mention that this is their last chance, fret because they want the job so much, MUST have this job etc. will be under more pressure than a candidate who has a more open mind regarding the role and are more relaxed and not so "I must pass this" attitude. Just an observation folks.

Noting yet but then I'm not expecting mine until Friday at the very earliest!! I know they were interviewing all day Thursday and Friday and had more to do this week, not overly encouraging when there are only four positions available!! Still, fingers crossed and ever the optimist, if it's meant to be then it will happen!

I've got my GA managers interview tomorrow.. so its an interview week all around! :P

I think it depends on which intake you were interviewed for. I am in the same batch as Iwillbeadriver and in the interview assuming Iwillbeadriver was told the same thing but we were told mid November for a potential start date.
