DLR timetables.

Does anyone know does the DLR produce any proper timetables? Or even working timetables? All i can seem to find are journey planners and frequency guides.

They don't due to running at a service frequency and not a timetable as such.

There are working timetables - see https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/dlr_working_timetable_valid_from as an example, but there are no publicised times.

Yes theres an internal one but nothing in the public domain however for operational issues that timetable can go out the window until enough recovery has been built into the service to try to get it back to as normal as possible with as few 20 minute delays(a performance measure) that they get penalised for.

Do you know how you are meant to read those working timetables? It seems like some really complicating codes and numbers and is not really in a readable format!

Are you downloading them and reading then into Excel as a .csv file?

It doesnt seem to allow me to download it or open it as an excel file. When i click on download it just opens these pages.

I cant seem to work out how to read it in this format.

Download the file and then delete the .txt extension. it then opens as a standard CSV file in Excel

I don't recollect ever seeing a DLR paper timetable, and my memory goes back to its opening day.

Neither does me lass and shes a psa on them.

She has start and finish times and for breaks and that but thats it.

TfL operate their own refund scheme, based on the delay to your total journey rather than to a specific departure.
